In child therapy, sessions are tailored to your child’s unique needs and stage of development, whether they’re facing challenges with anxiety, grief, friendships, identity, school stress, or major life transitions. I often utilize play therapy, a developmentally appropriate way for kids to express themselves, process emotions, and build new skills through play.
Adolescene can be an incredibly challenging stage of life. If your teen is dealing with challenges around friendships, identity, family conflict, or self-esteem, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. I often use a blend of strength-based approaches and creative expression based strategies to help teens manage stress, anxiety, and negative thought patterns.
My aim as your therapist would be to provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. Together, we’ll work toward understanding your unique challenges and building tools that help you find the balance and growth you are seeking.
Couples therapy works to help couples in navigating relationship challenges and develop healthier communication strategies. I also provide premartial counseling to help couples build a strong foundation of trust and open communication.
